We had a large Renovation underway and were looking for a new statement kitchen. We looked at several of the high-end suppliers and whilst they had great ideas and beautiful furniture the costs were incredible and the flexibility was limited. Also, the supposed discounted pricing on the appliances, didn’t come close to what we could achieve ourselves online. We also had deep misgivings that the sales team were to pass the job on to an installation team which we believed would lead to unsatisfactory resolution of build / installation issues. By chance we stumbled across Dove who had done some work for our daughter’s colleague (a chef) who had sung Dove’s praises. Dove worked with us on the designs, providing very valuable insights and recommendations. The price they were able to achieve to build and install (both furniture and appliances) was something we felt gave great value and most importantly, the sales team, the carpenters and the installers stay with the project from start to finish. Dove are well established and were able to recommend an electrician and Work-Top supplier who they worked with seamlessly. The end results is fantastic and does not disappoint at any level. The design, build, Paint finish, fixtures and fittings are all of fantastic quality and every adjustment made along the way was happily discussed and accommodated where possible; with no bickering on additional costs whatsoever. The kitchen turned out so well we had no hesitation in asking Dove to also build and Install our new utility room which we are also so so pleased with! The journey we have been on with Dove was stress free with every cabinet designed to personal preference and at an overall price that offered really great value. The people at Dove are the loveliest of people and we had many a laugh along the way. We would not hesitate to re-engage them should the opportunity arise.
